Rick has represented clients before the United States District Courts, Illinois circuit courts as well as administrative tribunals. Rick is a member of the trial bar for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Linden has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Additionally, with the best interests of the client always in mind, Rick has managed to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation by negotiating favorable settlements for his clients.
Rick received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The University of Iowa.

Mr. Lipman is a principal of Lipman & Linden, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation and transactional services. For more than 25 years, Joel has regularly counseled and advised clients in matters involving commercial law and real estate. Joel also represents individuals and businesses in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels and before various administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals.
Joel has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the Western District of Michigan and the Northern District of California.
Joel received his law degree from Loyola Law School and his undergraduate degree from UCLA.
Joel also holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker's License.
